Avaliação da contribuiçãoI love to go there thrice a week, get Indian food, groceries and some gossip with the Indian gang.
Extremely rude attitude! They refuse service to you for bringing a complaint! I had bought a idli/dosa batter from them which turned out to be expired 7 8 months prior. When I brought the complaint to the lady (probably the owner), she not only refused a refund but refused the service itself to me! She took my shopping cart from me and asked me to get out. When I brought her the expired box to show, she said that she does not want my business and asked me to get out or else she will call the cops!! Let this sync in. She refused service to a customer for bringing a complaint and threatened to call the cops! They can manage to run a business with this kind of attitude because that is the only Indian store in the area and most of the international students have to depend on their service. Extreme lack of business ethics! Edit : The owner seems to have replied. Well if you buy fresh, then you should investigate why you had an expired batter instead of refusing service to your customers Lol! But after reading through all the 1 star reviews of your store, the rude behaviour of the lady seems to be a recurring pattern. I would suggest get treated for anger issues instead of shouting at your customers. This will help your business far more than calling your customers 'bogus '.
Food was great!! chicken was very slightly dry but the gravy was great. the mango lassi and chicken 65 were both fantastic!
I recently dined at a restaurant with exceptional staff and outstanding food. The service was impeccable, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a delightful experience. The menu offered a diverse range of delectable dishes, each prepared with precision and bursting with flavor. The combination of excellent service and delicious cuisine makes this restaurant a must-visit.
Chose for my Sunday lunch, and I wasn't expecting too much tbh. The food actually surprised me, the korma tastes great and I literally ate up every rice and every dip of sauce. The wait is relatively long but tolerable. Very likely to comeback in the future
