Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Kamloops

What a rip off at the downtown DQ. Ordered a banana split and the ice cream was almost non-existent. It didn't even come up to the top of the container AND I thought the banana looked small but as it turns out, and I'm guessing, it's more likely that they cut an end off the half banana you can see and tucked it into the other side to make it look like there was a while half there. TERRIBLE!! You should be ashamed of yourselves.

I received great customer service from this dairy queen location. Will be a returning customer.

Bathrooms are for customers only, wouldn't let me use the bathroom without ordering, during winter when all public bathrooms in parks are closed.

It's bad enough I have to check my food every time to make sure that's right but now I have to check my drinks too? 3 minutes for 2 drinks and only 1 was right.

Typical DQ, understaffed and super slow. Quality's good, just make sure you have a little extra wait time.
