Neelams Countryside - Kankavali

Service is good. Rooms need some maintainance and proper cleaning. Bed covers and pullovers were torned. Room service is really good feels like home. Swimming pool is currently under maintainance. overall hotel is good, but rooms should be properly cleaned, as I saw spider webs, faded color on wall, dust behind bed, ect. in my room. Due to room and bed condition I feels like what I paid is not worth it. Rooms: 3

We visited Neelam Countryside for lunch .The food was yum.Neelam Special Chicken was just mouth watering Delicious.The Fish Thali was amazing and filling. Service: 5 Location: 5
