Auntie Anne's - Kansas City

I was visiting KCMO for the first time, and while walking around the plaza I saw Auntie Anne?s/Cinnabon and knew I was having a large lemonade with light ice and a cinnabon. The store was exceptionally clean and the staff was very energetic and professional.

My boyfriend and i stepped in here to get something sweet. When i say that this food is amazing, that's an understatement! Great food, and a very welcoming staff made for a great time for big daddy and I. Will definitely be coming back!

I always feel welcome here by Vanessa. She?s incredibly sweet friendly. I have NEVER seen her being rude or annoyed by customers. Her big bright smile would be the first thing I see whenever I enter the shop. Y?ALL NEED TO PROTECT THIS SWEET LADY AT ALL COST!! ;

The Coubtry Club Plaza has to be the best Auntie Anne's location in the Kansas City area. I have been frequenting this location for almost a year now. Store management is excellent and so are all the staff I've interacted with. At the height of my patronage I visited at least four days per week. I was encouraged to call prior to leaving work to purchase my pretzels so they could bake them fresh. The manager and supervisor remembered my face and my order, every time! My pretzels have always been warm, golden brown, and buttery, as was the one I purchased today. This location's interior is always spotless and well staffed. It is conveniently located on the main strip of the Plaza. Auntie Anne's pretzels definitely taste far better than any other pretzel company I've tried!

I am not sure who the hiring manager is here but they must have an eye for the kindest souls in Kansas City! I find myself walking in not only for hands down the best pretzels, but because I know I?ll walk out with a huge smile on my face! We talk repeatedly about how nice everyone here is and we joke that we go in to see our friends lol. Overall would drive to this location over and over again no matter which location is closest.
