Wendy's - Kansas City

This place has fresh food that doesn't sit under a heat lamp. We regularly use their trip thru to have a meal on the way and they have parking and wait for fresh food. What we prefer. Usually only 3 minutes. No big deal. The staff is usually very friendly. Conveniently located. Good value menu.

It was just here once. Nice experience. Drive pretty fast. Don't wait long. Food fresh and hot. Manager was very customer-friendly.

I visited shortly after bad weather. They weren 't short of the main menu items, but were short of condiments (like sour cream for baked potatoes or packets of salt), which is understandable, considering the interruption in delivery. Having only a single register open is what made me give the restaurant 3 instead of 4, again a management issue. Not a taste or 'get what you pay for ' issue. As a completely side issue, having a self-serve drink island would be much better than waiting for the only register provider to notice a need for refills.

The staff that is very friendly and the food is really good and I think is a very good Wendy's I would highly recommended thank you for your time

Fries were room temperature and gummy, but I could imagine they were pretty good if they were fresh and hot. But I didn't get fresh and hot. Burger was not bad, and my order for onions actually led to a nice amount of onions! Low rating mostly due to disappointing pommes, how expensive only a burger and pommes were, and how (of course) undeniable the manager was when she took my order. Had been a number of years since I bought a Fast Food Burger, and hopefully will be a lot more before I do it again if that's what you get for so much money.
