Arby's - Kansas

10+ for a fast (not fast) food meal seems excessive

I ordered their new BBQ rib sandwich and was told to park and wait for my order. I waited 10 minutes until I walked into the side door to get my order. Sandwich was cold, meat was dry. Will not return to this location. We will go to the next town if we want Arby's.

We went here for dinner on 9/19/21 but had to leave because they have their dining room closed due to Covid-19, 14 months after restaurants were allowed to open. I won't patronize a place that's too scared to open their dining room at this stage of the pandemic.

Don’t get the crinckle fries or the new spicy cheesesteak. My husband brought me mine home and I couldn’t eat it. The fries were so gross, sandwich had burnt peppers everywhere and was chewy, even the soda was gross, no carbonation. Should’ve just went to McDonald’s. What a waste of money
