Pono Market - Kapa‘a

This is a must-go for us whenever we are in Kauai! We've tried everything and there is nothing we didn't like! My favorites are pork lau lau and ginger chicken.

After being recommended by several locals, I decided to give this place a try and I was not disappointed. The food was amazing and the staff was so friendly and helpful. I ordered the Kalua Pig, spicy poke, cucumber kimchi, and macaroni salad, and every bite was better than the last. Thank you to the staff for a great dining experience!

We stopped here for poke on our way to the airport. It was 1:30pm and the lunch rush patrons had picked over the supply, but it was still wonderful.

The best place I've found for real local food, an ABSOLUTE MUST VISIT. Go early!
