Not worth going to their spa for a day. Before you got a bathrobe and slippers which was included in the price but is not worth paying that much money for such a small spa even if a meal is included. Have been a frequent visitor for several years and have recommended others but no longer as the price is too high for what you get. It's a shame because the staff has always been nice and good food has been served.

Cozy hotel overall but rather unpleasant staff overall. Not a single smile, which is not a success in attracting repeat visitors and offering good service. Maybe we were unlucky with stressed staff, but regardless, we didn't feel particularly welcome! Rooms: 3 Service: 1 Location: 3

I can't give more than three stars and only with a closed eye. The location is good, no question, and the lobby and restaurant are also chic. Unfortunately, you can't say that about the room. Booked and paid for a double room, we got a saggy single bed and a cot on the sofa. At least it was clean and the breakfast and dinner on the first evening were good. All in all, we would not stay at BW Karlshamn again.
