Kabibi Karlsruhe

I went in here with my mum today to go and pick up a few shawarma sandwiches. Karlsruhe doesn’t have a huge variety of Arabic food and this was no exception. Having travelled extensively in the Middle East, and living in the UK with my Egyptian husband I can safely say I know what a shawarma sandwich should look and taste like and what should be in it. Raw cabbage, carrots, cucumber, French fries, and mango sauce are things any Arab would laugh at seeing in a shawarma sandwich! Lastly, the owner; the single most miserable man I’ve come across should revisit what he is selling and how to behave with customers. It may be a hit with students who don’t know better, but I for one will never go back there!

Very, very tasty and nice. have tested both the sandwiches and the main dishes. great selection of vegetarians. you taste that everything is freshly prepared and self-made. the sauces and the salads are pointed and there is the best falafel I have eaten so far. I'll be more often.

Nice load owner, hammer falafel and a really good price! was now another second and third time there!

Habibi is quality as you can't find her in a carl rest. if you want an alternative to normal yufka then go here. incredible shawarma sandwiches!
