Avaliação da contribuiçãoGreat trout, beer, it started to rain they opened a big umbrella and we could continue our dinner. Nice service, I definitely recommend it, they only take cash, choose in advance. Service: 5
Beautiful place under Karlštejn. We had lunch today with five children, the service was excellent, nice, fast, everything was great. For meals we had traditional Czech dishes, which were faultless. Reasonably priced considering the location. Perhaps the only thing missing is the option to pay by card, which is pointed out by the sign in front of the entrance. We will be happy to come back.
We were surprised by the relatively popular prices in the Karlštejn sub-castle (not only in this restaurant). The environment is not a miracle, e.g. the cushions on the chairs would need a lot of washing, but otherwise OK, the toilets are fine. Great service, attentive. The food was probably okay, but it certainly didn't blow us away. But the daughter praised the soup and pancakes. The lady who brought us the bill was definitely the strongest point of the whole visit (and probably of the company). She radiated professionalism, comfort, insight, and kindness. Only thanks to her we gave one star more than we originally wanted.
The trip to Karlštejn was really beautiful, the weather, the view... the bomb... but of course it makes you hungry, so we went to the garden of this restaurant because of the shade. After arriving at the garden in this restaurant, we were immediately given a menu, which was great of course, but we waited 15 minutes to order just a drink. Meanwhile, the lady served the customers who came after us and brought their drink orders right away. We waited another 15 minutes for the lady to bring us the given drink, but I'm not talking about the food, it always takes a while. Unfortunately, when we got the food, we had to ask for the cutlery and the tartare, which the lady forgot to bring us. We waited 20 minutes for the bill. I must add that the restaurant was empty inside, about 12 tables outside (I'm not sure), 3 young ladies who were probably learning, but the waitress who was probably a regular there was trying and shaking the most. I would like to highlight this, because if she served us, she deserves a nice tip.
Restaurante. No pay by card and this is not written at the entrance. This is only written in the menu card, but of course not in the english part and obody tells it to you. I had to go to the bankomat beside, where I was additionally charged with 99 czk, but I hadn't any other chance at this point.
