Chicken and potatoes form the oven and risotto with seafood was delicious. Margheritas were great as well.

My week long stay at Thea 's Inn of Ikaria was nothing short of extraordinary. Thea welcomed our group of nine ladies from the US into her family home with open arms, making us feel like cherished guests. Her inn, nestled by the ocean, offered a delightful on site restaurant serving homemade dishes that were not only incredibly delicious but also incredibly healthy. The dining experience took place at the same table featured in the Netflix special, 100 Years The Blue Zones, where Siya was interviewed in the third episode. We had the privilege of enjoying meals and even trying our hand at cooking in that very spot. Thea graciously introduced us to her island and her way of life, shedding light on why people on Ikaria enjoy such remarkable longevity. I genuinely hope to return for another visit sometime in the future. Thank you, Thea, for providing us with a once in a lifetime adventure! I 'll be sure to share some photos soon.
