Burger King Ja-ela - Katunayaka

This restaurant is one of the best in town. While dining here can be expensive, the service and food are top-notch. It's a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends. Definitely worth a visit when in Ja-Ela.

I have never experienced such poor service before. The call center staff do not listen to what customers want and simply send us whatever they feel like. The delivery team is not concerned about getting the food to us in a timely manner, and they seem to deliver whenever they please. Despite two attempts, they still couldn't get my order right - first delivering a burger and then drinks on the second try, which took a whopping 2.5 hours. They never have toys for children, and don't mention it until we ask. Overall, their behavior is arrogant and they seem to think we owe them something.

The food at this restaurant is fresh and has a nice aroma. The Burger Special is delicious, and there are plenty of other tasty options on the menu as well.

Eating was very expensive nowadays. I have 4 spicy chicken dishes and a crunchy burger bill was rs.8900, before the same order for rs.6000 I recommend kfc 12 eimer Rs.4500 enough for 4 people, even if I want to spend 9000, I would like to buy 2 eimer! not burgerroy!

Had hash browns and cappuccino on the way to the airport. Expectations fulfilled!
