Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis is not against the local franchisee but the main office. I completed a survey after a visit and was awarded a free chicken sandwich. I received the code in an email. When I went to use it, the code would not open. I called Customer Service three times and was told each time they saw the code was not used and would try to send it again to my email. Three times I was told they would escalate the situation to a higher level. On the 3rd call, I spoke to the higher level who still could not find a way to send me another code. All for a $5.00 sandwich. At that point it was the principle not the amount of the offer. How can a company with such great customer service at the restaurants have such opposite customer service at the main office? Very disappointing!
Love love Chick-fil-A! Really great food and very clean and safe environment! Amazing management staff and great team members! Greatest place to work! The waffle fries are to dye for! Love my well done crispy fries!
Manager poor attitude. I asked for my sandwich to be cut in half. It displays that the grill chicken is smaller than you think. Chicken only covered 1/3 of the sandwich. The wait staff was good the manager not so much. She even stated she did care about me doing this google review. Very Rude. Not coming back here and not bringing my group of 15 back either. Not to this location. Date of service 8/18/23. Lunch hour.
The serving size is just ridiculous. Their prices have gone way up, but they consistently serve less food. They never fill the fries up. We used to go here several times a week. Now, we barely ever go.
They staff and the place are great. The food is average as all these type of fast food restaurants, but definitely the staff is making the difference.
