Kolache Factory - Katy

Consistently great food, service, and friendly staff.

1st time stopping in. The selections were alot to choose from but I enjoyed my selections, the turkey dressing was on point.

I was fortunate enough to have one of the first Kolache Factory locations opened near where I was growing up. So I've been going to the Kolache Factory ever since they opened in the early mid 80s. I've been to locations all over Houston and the surrounding area.This location was just blah as far as flavor goes. Service was good. The kolaches they had available, there weren't a lot of empty spaces. But the flavor was just lacking compared to several other locations. I frequent it over the decadesPlus I promise nobody wants to hear me so horny walking in to get food. I don't know what music they were playing, but that really almost made me walk out the door.I don't think I'll ever come back to this location. It was just disenchanting.

Went in for kolaches about 11am today Oct 21. Our first and last time to a kolache factory. The lady at the counter talked condescendingly to me and my girlfriend not knowing that we couldn’t order anything off the menu. Employee sounded incredibly frustrated with us from the gate.

They were out of food and the girl behind the counter was incredibly rude to me.
