Chicken Express - Kaufman

The chicken tenders were fresh and good. The fries were terrible. The dinner roll tasted a bit off. The gravy was fine in taste but should have been hotter. The service was five-star. The atmosphere had dusty walls and a yellow refrigerator inside of its door. The floor was clean The wait time was about 5 minutes but as mentioned the service was good.

Food and service was decent but the store itself looks like a dump. The owner should really invest in a face lift for the store.

Ordered 2- 7 piece tender meals and had to wait over 30 min for my order. Was not told that there would be a 30 min wait. CHICKEN HERE IS ALREADY OVERPRICED,. Definitely wouldnt have waited 30 min. Very unhappy.Update: Was given the wrong order. Called back and was told manager was not there. Called next morning and also told manager was not there. The Seagoville location is awesome, but Kaufman location is the worst location I have ever visited.

We’ve given them way too many chances. Super long wait times, didn’t put the chicken tenders in my daughter’s meal, and when we called about it the guy made it seem like we were lying. We ordered chicken and a family fry and they didn’t give us the fries. this final time we waiting 45-50 minutes for 3 meals. Never giving them our business again. Ridiculous!
