I had yet another amazing experience! I made a reservation with a friend to celebrate her birthday dinner because we have never been let down by this restaurant. The food is always fresh with a wide variety of options to suit any taste. The staff is friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The prices are reasonable, especially considering the quality of the food. What more could you ask for?

We inquired earlier about making a reservation and were informed that it was not necessary, so we arrived at 8pm only to be told that they had run out of food. This was very disappointing.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was not very good. I arrived on time and was seated by a young lady who asked me for my drink order. I requested a refillable Pepsi, expecting her to bring my glass to the table so I could get the drink myself. However, she did not return, so I had to go to the bar to get a glass after waiting for 10 minutes. The staff seemed to assume I wanted the meat carvery without asking for my preference. The carvery counter was dirty with spilled food everywhere, and the carpet leading to my table was filthy. I had to sit near disruptive groups and noticed many patrons handling serving spoons without washing their hands, which was concerning. Despite the nice selection of vegetables, I do not plan on returning anytime soon due to the unpleasant atmosphere.

The front of house staff at this restaurant is fantastic, all smartly dressed with smiles and always ready to help. The young chef serving us was great, and very helpful, smart, and polite. The food was fresh and delicious, I have been here many times and it is always good. Today was exceptional, and a credit to everyone working there. Thank you.

The staff at this restaurant was very friendly, but the food was not up to par with what I had anticipated. The portion of meat was much smaller than I had hoped for, and not at the level I had experienced at other Toby's locations in the past.
