We were only there for dinner and were very satisfied. The guest room is cozy and the service is very friendly. The dishes are diverse and there is something to find for every taste. On our hike on the Saar-Hunsrück-Steig we had left and did not find the way to wait. a call in the fronhof, where we had not reserved ourselves, and woman hau took us off. she gave us a nice room in the garden with access to the lake is actually forbidden to bathe, but will not cam when they do it anyway! and in the restaurant we reserve a place. we ate well and much and slept quietly and long. herr hau greeted us warmly to the opulent breakfast and formally needed us a jausenbrot for our further hike. we like to come back there.

Top restaurant. Nice and very attentive service. Eating really great and the portions are really very great acquaintances had once said that the portions are so small and you would not be fed, but that does not correspond to the facts. not a sweet, chemically tasting ice cream, but really very creamy and tastefully good. I had the grill plate and the meat was really perfectly grilled, to the point! Absolutely recommended. Also the toilets were very clean, although not very modern, but no matter, main thing it works everything and is clean. In other restaurants I have experienced quite different conditions. Only negative points are the basket chairs in the conservatory not very cozy and after a short time injured one of the butts and also the legs because there is an unpleasant edge on the chairs at the front.
