We come here often for dinner and have never been disappointed with the food or the service. Top notch!

Worst ever. ordered 125 worth of sushi and they forgot one bag which was the kids meals. It was not the skip the dishes drivers fault. Called to alert them and they told me to call skip the dishes and they would issue a...“credit”. In the real world they would have brought the bag out and apologized. So good bye 1000 a year I spend there and we will scramble to feed 4 kids. Real customers require Solutions- not a lack of responsibility . Ridiculous. I guess they think we are tourist and they can take advantage.

This place has it all. Cosy and warm ambiance. Delicious food. The wait staff are Friendly, helpful, and prompt. Clean bathrooms.

Stopped here after a day in kelowna, was quite impressed at their fancy takes on the classic westernized sushi. With options for different rices and above average rolls, both my family and I were impressed. A relaxed atmosphere with prompt service and friendly staff. Would come back again and maybe pick up take out while passing through again !

We ordered take away and the employee who answered the phone was SUPER friendly and helpful. The order was ready for pick-up within 15min and they had even cut a small hole in the box so that it would maintain crunchiness! All sauces were provided for including for the gyoza and tempura! Our favourite was the unagi roll! $45 for two people to eat plenty and have left overs (don't judge me! We like sushi the day after too!). We will definitely be ordering from here again.
