Friends Of Dorothy Lounge - Kelowna

Keith recommended that we come back to this restaurant for drinks and karaoke after our dinner. I was with my parents, who are in their 70s, and we each had two drinks. Our server, Lauren, was excellent and attentive. Ella, who was hosting the karaoke event, was fantastic! She made our evening enjoyable and was delightful to speak with. The drinks were fantastic! The Espresso Martini went down quickly, and I then tried the drink "Oh My". My dad enjoyed the "Lions, and Tigers, and Bears" drink, while my mom loved the "Yellow Brick Road" drink, which even had a brick road on top. We will definitely return for the great drinks, atmosphere, and future events.

The food was fantastic, but the service was terrible. We were the smallest table in the restaurant, yet we were the last to be served. Our drinks sat empty for 40 minutes, and the server appeared unhappy. However, the pancakes were incredibly delicious, which saved the overall rating.

My husband and I were visiting Kelowna from London. We discovered this bar to be very welcoming with great service. The food was exceptional and they also hosted a hilarious drag show in the evening.

There are not many vegan choices available at this restaurant. The only veg option was the charcuterie board, which was just okay. This review was last updated on June 18, 2022.

The staff was welcoming and the charcuterie board featured black sheep cheese and gusta sausages. Can't wait to come back and try the fondue!
