Frosty Treat Dairy Bar - Kensington

I recently tried the Cold Plate from Frosty Treat and wow!!! It was an amazing dish with a wide variety of flavors, hidden surprises under every layer, and all made with delicious, homemade, healthy ingredients. I could easily get three meals out of one order! Fantastic job, Frosty Treat!!

I am disappointed to see so many negative reviews of this restaurant. I have visited many times for ice cream and food and have never been disappointed. While the food may take a bit longer to prepare, it is worth the wait. The staff have always been friendly and kind to me and my children. Keep up the great work.

Oreo flurry was good, raspberry shake very disappointing (soft cream and very little milk). This used to be the go-to place but it's lost a step....

Each year we plan the day around a trip to Kensington to do the Haunted House but the best part of that day is lunch at the Frosty Treat! The staff are happy friendly and the food is well worth the wait! The pieces of fish appear to be full fillets it is enough for two people or two meals! The batter on the fish and the clams was light and flavourful cooked just right! The fries are also just exactly the right crispiness tasty enough without ketchup or gravy but the gravy was also home made quality delicious!! You won’t be sorry you chose this spot!

This local bakery has both excellent breads as well as lovely desserts. We also love some of there refrigerated goods. Some of the best potato salad and great fish cakes.
