Avaliação da contribuiçãoWe came here Friday with a group and felt unwelcome. Almost as if the people were annoyed we were there. We ordered spinach and artichoke as an app and it came out cold 30 mins later. The stone was as cold as ice. Then we got our raw steaks 45 mins later still having to cook them. Our server never came to check how our meal was and a lady just came and gave us a pitcher of water and annoyingly said “you guys look like water drinkers”. This is my third time here and each time I feel the experience has gone down
They were out of a majority of the menu items.The outside looks nice but had several of employees smoking outside by the patio during our visit.The interior on the other hand was lack luster. The floors were super slippery and a wierd look.We heard alot of the employees complaining about stuff. Everyone has a bad night every once in a while but it definitely killed the vibe.The concept is cool the guest experience would benefit from a revamp.
This was our first experience and it was amazing!!! The food was delicious the drinks were very good and the dessert was amazing. Mason was our server and he did an amazing job!! He checked back several times to ensure we were satisfied and if we needed anything. That's excellent service!! We will definitely make another visit soon!!! We came her for our sons birthday and were not disappointed.
So sad! I used to love this restaurant and I really had high hopes for this place. This restaurant continues to be dirty every time we come! Today only about 3 tables in the entire restaurant and multiple other tables dirty, bar dirty, bathrooms dirty! Never seen a manager walking around. Food was mediocre. Service was mediocre. Like I said I used to love this place but if they can’t figure it out on a slow day not sure they could get it together during a busy time.Husband ordered chicken sandwich would give 2 stars out if 5. I ordered brussel sprouts and although they tasted ok and you got a lot. I would rate them 1 out of 5. They were so tough to chew. Not cut and cooked properly. I would say better management might help this place a lot!
I guess I just didn’t know what to expect. Our first time here and didn’t have a clue how things worked. We even mentioned that to our server, who didn’t even comment or try to explain the process.The person that delivered our food did show us how to cook our steaks, after we asked.Wasn’t really prepared to cook my own steak. Was told to put butter on stone prior to cooking, which ended up splattering all over my shirt and pants. The side of potatoes was getting cold as I was trying to figure things out.Found it interesting that you’re supposed to handle raw meat with dining fork and plate where raw meat previously was.Oh well, steak was actually quite good, but side was cold.Maybe a cool experience for many, guess it just wasn’t my thing.
