He brought back a small to replace our LARGE shake and then asked for the original shake back as if it wasn’t already going in the trash?My boyfriend sat there in shock as the manager blew us off completely and went back inside.Disgusting treatment of customers and I will not be returning and will be putting the info on several Kerrville pages.This place should be shut down!!
Waited 40-45 for order. Had to call to check on it. Food arrived cold and under cooked.
Showed up during lunch and was told after waiting over 5 minutes that they were only doing drive thru. So 25 minutes later I was still in line. This is the worst and slowest service I've ever had.

After waiting several minutes for someone to take my order, a guy stated they are not taking orders and you have to go, thru drive, I wasn't 100% sure that's what he said so I tried to verify, and he said do you not speak English very rudely. I can't believe the attitude this person. It was extremely unprofessional at best. I was there for breakfast and it started my day off completely wrong I am very disappointed. This happened at 10:30 on March 3rd
