Horrible experience. Unfriendly service buffet food on the counter cold almost cold, expensive. Never again. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I think it's a good offer but pricey, probably the most expensive at Viru food street cost me 14 euros and I barely got anything. Considering it's a buffet style, you can choose anything you like, and pay for the weight. I went with meat options some vegetarian to try it out. Food was excellent The only downside was the stale bread which was not great. Since the area is shared and the atmosphere is also shared, it's a nice place to get together with friends and chill.
It used to be a really vegan/vegetarian place with very tasty food. Unfortunately not anymore.
What was once a nice healthy food buffet has now lost almost all of its charm and healthiness. Sure, they still serve healthy salads and I give them kudos on that. But when it comes to the rest of the buffet, it's everything but healthy or even tasty! Most of the food drips of oil and some things are almost unbearably overcooked. If before, they focused on healthy balanced options, now most of their warm foods involve fried, breaded and fatty foods. Potato cakes and onion rings are almost unedible: lacking any taste, dripping of oil and overcooked to the point where all you can taste is an oily breaded surface. Considering the price point too, I'd recommend eating elsewhere on the Viru food court there are much better places with better taste and cooking skills. And to top things off, when I visited them today, they didn't even have an Estonian speaking customer service. I definitely won't be visiting BlissTray anymore and I don't recommend them either. The only thing they're still good for are their salads and that's where I give them plus points, but in my eyes, they've lost their integrity and authenticity since it simply feels they're trying to desparately please everyone and thus, have completely changed their food options and started opting for fatty fried food that they believe will lure more customers. This lack of vision and authenticity has killed BlissTray's vibe in my book.
