Taco Bell - Kettering

I have to say this will be the last time I order from this restaurant. I am grateful for the delivery driver who went back for me after I reminded him that my previous order from this place did not include any sauce or napkins. Unfortunately, once again, they failed to provide any sauce packets. My taco was the only thing that was prepared correctly, while my steak soft taco turned out to be an avocado ranch sauce soft taco. The grilled cheese burrito was lacking sour cream and only had minimal ingredients, making it a subpar meal. Overall, my experience was disappointing and I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food they gave me was absolutely terrible and I wish I could share a picture of it. They didn't even bother to cook my quesadilla properly. I will definitely not be ordering from here again.

I am giving this restaurant a one-star rating, but the survey does not allow me to choose that option. This is the second time I have ordered from the Delco Park Taco Bell location and both times my order has been inaccurate. Despite specifying 10 hot and 10 mild sauce packets on both orders, none were included. In my last order, I did not receive a chalupa as expected, but instead got two soft tacos, a burrito supreme, and a cinnamon twist in a chalupa box, which makes no sense. To add to the disappointment, this order also did not include the cinnamon twists. In the future, I will be ordering from the Moraine/West Carrollton Taco Bell on Dixie as they have never made a mistake with my order.

I absolutely love the beef grilled cheese burrito - it's amazing! I also can't get enough of the soft taco supreme with fire sauce.

Staff is rude to customers and the full menu is not on the tablets they try to force you to use. Seems like an unnecessary situation due to bad programming. Why make the experience so awful for people not in the drive thru?
