Mcdonald's Restaurants - Kettering

We had a great time dining with our friends and goddaughters at this restaurant. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food arrived promptly and was delicious. The only issue was that the barbecue sauce dispenser was not working. My husband is still recovering from that mishap.

After receiving a £100 parking fine in Towcester for overstaying by 20 minutes after meeting my family and enjoying a meal during Covid restrictions, I will never leave a positive review again.

I always need help to order on my app. Staff always willing to help food as you expect. My granddaughters like mackies

Busy, visit lunchtime on Saturday but staff got orders quite quickly and always apologised for any delay.

Honestly, I've never known so many incompetent people work in one place. Two double cheese burgers, a large fries and a large big mac meal yet all I receive is the meal? Come on! If you can't get such a basic order right what are you doing? This happens constantly and safe to say this is the last time.
