Jimmy John's - Kildeer

Awful service. We ordered the chicken wrap and got home, and it turned out that there's no chicken. The wrap was just lettuce and BBQ sauce. Horrible. The #6 veggie was sloppily cut and not all the way. I don't understand and I can't justify paying for Jimmy John's anymore when they can't even get basic things done. Why waste our money.

For some reason the salami on my sandwich tasted spoiled and it did not look fresh. Disappointing. Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

For years this location is always late for pickup, delivery, and curbside. Multiple times in the last 3 years we had 1-2HR deliveries with excuses about drivers when we call (5min drive from the store). I stopped ordering delivery from this location. App orders for pickup are 15-30min, no one seems to care. The store never appears to be crowded. I keep giving this location a chance after not ordering for months, but am met with disappointment once again.

Came here last minute. kid was rushing me to order. I asked for a 12 as a combo didn't let me know anything was sold separately. asked for extra cucumber and looked at me like I was crazy

Worst Jimmy John's ever. My food was old, the hell was slow and the.manager was rude and incompetent! Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20
