Horrible delivery times, it's been 40 minutes and still no sandwich. Anything but freaky fast.

The dude making our sandwich made our sandwich and proceeded to eat something from the table touching his mouth and made the next sandwich without switching gloves !! So gross !! For years this location is always late for pickup, delivery, and curbside. Multiple times in the last 3 years we had 1-2HR deliveries with excuses about drivers when we call (5min drive from the store). I stopped ordering delivery from this location. App orders for pickup are 15-30min, no one seems to care. The store never appears to be crowded. I keep giving this location a chance after not ordering for months, but am met with disappointment once again.

Awful service. We ordered the chicken wrap and got home, and it turned out that there's no chicken. The wrap was just lettuce and BBQ sauce. Horrible. The #6 veggie was sloppily cut and not all the way. I don't understand and I can't justify paying for Jimmy John's anymore when they can't even get basic things done. Why waste our money.
