I was told to move into the first window, and I sat there for a very long time a Lord passed and looked at me and rolled his eyes and kept in stock or whatever he did. So I went to the second window and thought they mistakenly told me to the first window. I'm coming and they're like you didn't pay in the first window. I didn't say. I sat there for a long time a gentleman walked past me as if I was an annoyance and did something else, not disturbed the payment so, I thought you made a mistake and told me to go into the wrong window. So they told me I'm gonna need you to get it back to the first window and pay to go and I said no, I need you to cancel my order and I'm gone. Absolutely ridiculous. And that was the manager who said that!
Today I went to Burger King on Clear Creek Killeen Texas. Paid for my dinner in the window and was told that I couldn't get a reception because the machine was broken, that should have been my first note. I have to go to the second window to keep my food waiting for a chicken sandwich with light, Mayo, tomatoes and cheese. Go home and my sandwich is thrown together, not properly wrapped in, no cheese I'm sure I'm paying for, almost not salad at all. I called to talk to the manager, the conversation started well, but then he started cutting me off when I explained my problems. Then he continued to tell me that I sounded like the lady who came there and complained a lot. Remember that my second time came to this Burger King and that was the only time I complained. Many young men behind the counter, no one seemed to wear hair nets, or hats on some. What I hope through this complaint is that someone High would go to this place and take a look at the facility. I hope they bring it together and realize that people want high-quality food and services when they spend their money. I will never go there again, and I pray that something is done with people who do not want to hear what the customer has to say that their facility can improve, not hurt them, but help them. A chicken stable was ordered for my son. And he got this very hard hockey puck. Last time I ordered them to forget my order of cookies, they upset me. There is no way that the person who did this did not see or recognized this piece of chicken. In any case, it shows that they don't care Cuz there is no way that this is an honest mistake.
AWFUL SERVICE!! I went in to the restaurant around 1:20PM to get 2 whoppers. I went inside to place my order and after waiting for 20 MINUTES I asked the general manager where my food was. He looked at he orders and realized NOONE had even started it. He got my order ready and all he had to say to me was that the burgers were fresh, no sorry, no free coffee, no nothing! I live about 5 minutes from burger king and when I got home, I found that the burgers were COLD. Had to warm them in the microwave. SAD, SAD, SAD!!!
Literally the worst place to go. The line is always very long and very slow, with unmotivated employees that would probably prefer unemployment, over working there.
