Avaliação da contribuiçãoEvery time I order from the app to this Starbucks I never get the correct drinks. Today I ordered a Brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso and I got a blonde espresso. $7 coffee poured down the sink.
Drive thru staff are so friendly EVERYTIME I go. Sam and Melanie are so sweet and such a breath of fresh air when I stop for my morning oatmeal and caramel ribbon crunch frappe. Whatever you do please don’t ever lose these employees especially Sam!
If I could give zero stars I would..Two weeks ago I ordered through the app one hot drink one cold drink, when I arrived the drinks were not made even though the app said it would be made by the time I arrived. When the drinks were finally ready they were both cold drinks I had to wait while they fixed it. A week ago I ordered again through the app, 2 goudas and drinks. After I ate the gouda I got food poisoning from it. Today I again ordered through the app one drink and one hot . I arrived 20 minutes later and they were still NOT made. Five minutes after that they had two cold drinks made.. made by the same person who messed up my order the first time. It took a total of 30 minutes after my order was placed to receive the correct items ordered. When I called the store to complain right after they blamed it due to them being slammed yet when I arrived there were only 3 cars in drive thru with one of them barley ordering. After they left my order was still not made until shortly after even though I ordered ahead of time before them. They need to hire workers who are not lazy!!

What in the multiverse hells was that?!!! Pink yellow hot funky mess! (Pineapple chunky ish) My family went inside. Showed the actual picture and presented a detailed drink recipe (created by a Starbucks barista online) of a tropical pineapple strawberry refresher (with raspberry syrup, strawberry purée, blended) to the staff. Yes, the RECIPE!!! The staff looked at it and PRETENDED like they knew how to fix our several drinks. They took our money and we waited. One, it looked NOTHING like what we showed her. But we were assured that it was the same! Two, we took the drinks and presented them to our awaiting family at home. We tasted them and... PURE TRASH! It tasted like bad cough syrup, sadness and shame with pineapple chunks. Yes, pineapple chunks! My goodness! If you can 't make the drink I requested, say so! Don 't play with people nor their time, money, nor energy! I 'm hella disappointed and disgusted with this service. Thank God that I had surgery and couldn 't get back myself. Refund and an apology... (5 destroyed tastebuds and psychological damage) emotional Damage! Let 's just say this: if my nephew (2 yr old) didn 't drink it and smelled it, saying stinky !
