First I was not informed when ordering that they only had strawberry frostiest available which my granddaughter only likes the chocolate and also the main reason we chose Wendy’s in the first place. At the first window was only greeted with the price, then nothing after that so I moved to the next window which is when I was informed about the frosty. So I turned around to ask my granddaughter and when I turned back around no one was there and the window was closed. Then as she opens the window to hand me my order she says, so do you still want your drink, I say no. She simply closes the window without saying anything and walks away. Keep in mind that this was a kids meal. I was disappointed because the manager’s are nice and some employees but not the two I came in contact with last night.
The staff was very polite and courteous, especially management. They possess a great sense of urgency and ethic. My meal was warm, delicious and aesthetically pleasing. Overall terrific experience at this location.
Place my order through the Wendys app with the delivery option. The order took more than 40 minutes and the app said that they delivered in 22 minutes. When my order arrives, I process to open it in front of the person who gave it to me, to make sure that it is fine and it turns out that it was incomplete, more than half of what was ordered was missing. The person who delivered me let me know that it took almost 30 minutes to deliver the order. I have with me the purchase receipt and the delivery person is a witness of everything that was missing in the order for which I paid $54.81.
Time between order and getting food was a but long.. Food prep was very good. Still a good experience in clean atmosphere.
Can't say, big fan of fast food. I got a voucher. It's okay as I remember and remembered why I didn't go there. Food: 4/5
