Starbucks Corporation - Kingsburg

I've always been impressed with the staff at this Starbucks; my order is always accurate and ready on time. They consistently go above and beyond from writing words of encouragement on the coffee cups, to opening the door for me while I push a stroller. In a time when working in the service industry is tenuous and anxiety provoking, I am appreciative that simple acts of kindness still exist. Thank you for all you do.

Love the staff here! My order is always accurate and timely (unless busy, but give them some grace). Love the little stickers and notes on the cups from time to time. Always a nice pick me up!

LOUSY EXPERIENCE! BARRISTA WAS BORDERLINE RUDE AND DISENGAGED...AND SHE MADE MY DRINK DIGUSTINGLY SWEET AND I ASKED FOR ALMOND MILK AND DON'T BELIEVE I RECEIVED IT. I THREW IT OUT AND DIDN'T EVEN BOTHER WITH A REFUND. YOU GUYS MUST DO BETTER. DUNCAN GETS MY MONEY FROM NOW ON
