Barberitos Kingsport

I mean, Kingsport has no competition. Thus, a competent burrito, slow lines and poor children seem overwhelmed all the time and the shop is simply dirty. It's like kicking a puppy because they're sweet and hard working. But picky people do not have to come during the rush hours.

The burritos are made very messy and fall apart before you can eat them. Even my to go bag hadbsour cream all over it. Seems like they could take pride in their job. Stood in line while 4 people talked to themselves without even acknowledging I was there and needed to order.

Fantastic location, best one i?ve tried so far. staff was friendly and personable, line moved quickly. the spicy chicken bowl was terrific and i especially loved the chipotle ranch. not a fan of the salsas, but the coffee! ?

Another place that has lost the concept of what it takes to run a successful business. Poor service and absolutely no quality control. When ordering to go, don?t expect your order to be correct or even resembling what you expected. Sometimes it?s hot, sometimes it?s cold when you get it. And don?t even expect that anyone on staff will care. Don?t buy the family meal deal. It?s anything but a meal and not enough to feed four people, especially when it?s cold by the time you get it. One tiny cup of salsa and two bags of chips on what planet is this even a proper ratio? When bringing this to the attention of ?management?, don?t expect anything more than rolled eyes and an attitude. General managers and owners need to be concerned about how their staff is treating customers because this place is starting to get a reputation in the community.

Started eating here during Covid and have enjoyed the food untill this past week! Portions have either been reduced or the new employees are just being stingy but anyway the burritos were lacking meat and rice like previous times but was still good and the chips you get are a joke compared to other visits and I was for the first time disappointed! Will try again after this but if it continues I'm done!
