The Bagel Exchange - Kingsport

So delicious. I only rated atmosphere as low because being in small, crowded spaces makes me uncomfortable. Honestly though, what great bagels!

Great bagels. I've tried several and never had a bad one! The cream cheese is also delicious. The owners and employees are all lovely!!! Currently I love#3 the Reuben!!! My kids love the cinnamon rolls!!!

Good bagel restaurant in downtown Kingsport. They now have two new bagel sandwiches, vegetable and vegan. I had a egg sausage in a plain bagel and it was very good. My best girl had the vegan since she has gone over to the dark side of eating and she liked hers too. She did need to add extra salt since veggies usually do need that flavor. There are lots of different styles and bagels there so you can get a variety of sandwiches or just a bagel with butter/cream cheese. We will be back when we … – show

Delicious food. Good presentation. Nice variety of options. I felt like it came to the table pretty quickly. I will say it felt a little cramped and somewhat cluttered inside, but that also somehow part of ots charm perhaps. The food was definitely good enough that I'll be coming back. My bagel was big and fresh. The sandwhich I got was piled sufficiently with ingredients.

Great food but they need a bigger place. Impossible to practice socal distancing. Bagels are always great!
