Avaliação da contribuiçãoI got takeout and received the wrong pizza, I called and they said to bring it back in and that they would give me the pizza for free. I assumed they met that they would refund me for the inconvenience...nope! They didn't do that but they finally agreed to give me 50% off my next order and took down my info and when I called a few weeks later to order a pizza and reminded them about the 50% off, they acted like they knew nothing about it. Completely incompetent employees and honestly I will not be ordering from here ever again extremely bad customer service!
Ordered a pizza that was suppose to be well done. It was burnt. The crust was harder than cardboard and everything else was rubbery. Not to mention I did not get the extra garlic sauce I ordered.after a few more visits I’ve observed even more things about this place that is concerning. Employees touching their clothing and wiping their face/nose and hair with their hands and than touching the pizzas.
Order went missing during delivery, terrible customer service. Almost an hour late and still no food. Will not be ordering from here
I've posted 59 reviews to date... and this is my very first 1-star review of a business. I held off for almost 3 weeks now, hoping that there could be a resolution, but unfortunately there has been zero effort made to sort this out and a lot of rude/condescending comments from the store Manager whenever I called in).I made a large order for a child's birthday party using the app, costing roughly $92. I placed the order on July 14th, for pick-up on July 15th at noon 12pm). I have the screenshot of the order showing this info.Somehow, unbeknownst to me, the app submitted the order to the franchise for 12am midnight), not 12pm noon). So when I called the store on July 15 from the birthday party full of people), they said that they made the order at midnight the previous night and then threw it out because I didn't show up... I tried to explain that I made the order for noon, and had proof that I submitted the correct date and time on my end. They said that if it was an app error, they couldn't do anything about it, and if I wanted my pizzas for the party, I needed to pay for it all again $184 total).After the order had been paid for again, they told me to contact Papa John's customer service since they couldn't do anything to help me on their end. I called Papa John's customer service, and they said that only the individual stores can provide refunds, not through customer service. They suggested I call my credit card company and dispute the charge. I called the credit card company and they said they couldn't cancel the charge since it had already been processed and paid) without a written record for dispute resolution, and that it had nothing to do with the credit card company at all... so I contacted Papa John's customer service again, opened another ticket and they said they were going to investigate a potential IT/app error), and I never heard back.Everybody is pointing fingers at everyone else, and no one is willing to help least of all the Store Manager at this location). Terrible customer service. Never again.
Very rude costumer service. “Asking what do you want!?” when picking up our oder. Then 2 of the garlic sauces are busted in 2 of the boxes. Leaking all over my kids pants who was holding them in the car and making the pizza nice and soaky. I call and being told it was probably the persons fault who carried them! I don’t think so!Keep your smart opinions to yourself and change your job, because you are not meant to work in costumer service!
