Avaliação da contribuiçãoI ordered the make-your-own pasta with mushrooms, broccoli, and chicken. Unfortunately, the chicken was dry, I received an excessive amount of mushrooms, and the broccoli was large, uncooked, and tough. To make matters worse, we waited about 50 minutes for our food. Overall, I was very disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service.
What concerns me most is how our server, Jypsie, treated us. She tossed a to-go box onto the table, which landed in my friend’s lap, prompting him to leave the restaurant in frustration. When I attempted to speak with the manager about our experience, I barely had a chance to explain what happened before they moved on to assist other customers. I understand that rush hours can be stressful, but being treated disrespectfully is completely unacceptable. This experience has made us hesitant about dining here in the future.
I've been in the food and beverage industry for 29I feel whoever runs this casinos, food and beverage service does not know exactly what they are doing, things are very inconsistent. Food is not always the same.The options provided could be drastically better. They have a pizza restaurant that Burns pizza 90% of the time.They are just not Up to par of what any restaurant should provide.
Always good food! Great service, too! Will come back again in the future!
