Subway - Kingston

I approached the counter to find it completely empty, with several flies buzzing around the exposed meat and vegetables. I almost left, but I was hungry and had a gift card to use. After about three minutes, an older woman—her name tag read Emily and she claimed to be the manager, though I was skeptical—emerged from the back. She started preparing food without wearing gloves. When she finally turned to take my order, she thanked me for my patience but still didn’t put on gloves before handling my sandwich. Throughout the ordering process, I felt rushed, despite being the only customer there. Overall, it was a rather unremarkable experience.

I had a fantastic experience tonight! The service was excellent, even with all the power outages in the neighborhood and the large crowds. The staff handled everything wonderfully.

The aroma is always much more enticing than the actual flavor. Haha!

Good food. Reliable quality.
