Avaliação da contribuiçãoGreat ride, even if in the 90's fast peak we were there and parked up to 10 clock on Saturday. we drove directly to the vampire driving queue. an hour later it was 70 minutes. his one of the next ones were driving at the entrance.
Large vekoma hanging swinging coasters only improvement is it during the ride
We went with our Son and family including 3 children aged 4,9 12 during their pre Christmas opening. For 7 of us we spent £87 on burger meals and a chicken nugget meal for the 4 year old. That was the only edible and satisfactory meal. The burgers were over cooked and like eating slices of rubber. Chips just warm, drinks never arrived as they ran out of coffee and then offered hot chocolate which they also run out of. Of the 6 burgers only 1 and a half were eaten in total. When spoken to, staff just passed it if as they were very busy! Provided a feedback to Chessington and with lots of promises to inspect things they really weren’t interested. Appalling food at an exorbitant price, our suggestion is take your own picnic or food. Very very disappointed at how we were treated and poor customer service response.
I can confidently say that this restaurant is the standout spot in Chessington. They went above and beyond in assisting adults with learning disabilities, setting a great example for their colleagues. The manager, assistant manager, and a young lady provided excellent service and served a delicious lunch for a group of 36 people. The food was hot, the service was outstanding, and I am incredibly grateful for their help and support. The other staff at Chessington should be ashamed of themselves for not following suit. It seems they could benefit from a lesson in compassion and understanding towards individuals with disabilities.
Very expensive considering it’s just fast food. Ended up paying £21 for two cheeseburger meals. Very cramped and busy and struggled with a buggy. Waited 20 minutes just for the food!
