Avaliação da contribuiçãoI have never written a bad review for any restaurants / cafes, but today I have really enough of Alice 's non-professionellism and rudeness. They would have thought that they would begin to treat customers better, especially those who have supported the business for a long time. But today, when I got a chicken roll, she told me that the crowd does not meet the minimum for the Eftpos. So I'm happily obligated by offering a few spring rolls to maintain for the amount. I told her I wanted the veggie spring rolls, and not the meats, as I can't eat certain meats. She then had the boldness to say, I don't think you got to choose! . When she came back with my spring roles, I wanted to make sure that she gave me the veggie according to this statement that she had made, so I double checked it with her. She didn't just answer me in a rude way, but she even said she always had to repeat her answers to me. I don't remember that I never have to ask her twice the same question because how spirited she is often. This kind of service and attitude of Alice shows absolutely horrific and disgusting! I wanted to tell her as soon as she was ready to serve everyone, but she went to the kitchen later and it was just her mother, Cam in the serving area. I'm not complaining about Alice's behavior, because I didn't think that would have made a lot of difference anyway, since Alice was often rude to her, even to customers. I've been here for months since they have relatively decent (but slightly overpriced) food, and Cam was always beautiful. But after today I will definitely not go back there!
Delicious, authentic Vietnamese food. Wonderful service. Best Vietnamese cuisine in Canberra by far. I can't rate this place high enough!
The Pho and Banh mi are really nice. Only a shame is the owner rude and simply not friendly (the older lady was beautiful).
Enjoyed my pork roll banh mi thit) $8.50), as well as pork and prawn rice paper rolls $8). Wanted the beef pho $15) but it was out by 1pm! Casual ambience. Food is fresh and delicious.
I know they offer other meals, that I'm told are good, but this is where I go for my Vietnamese pork bun. The other place is in Mascot, Sydney. This is a simple hole in the wall style place, with basic seating inside and out, and I don't...need anything else it's authentic.
