Tim Hortons - Kingsville

Ever since this location has opened I have always had a good experience. People are complaining about staff repeating orders but it?s also a new location and kinks need to be worked out. They?ve repeated my order a few times and it doesn?t bother me. This is the only Tims I?ve been to where my bagel has been double toasted properly with not too much cream cheese, I just tried the Habanera Crispy Chicken Bowl today and it was 5/5, they always make my coffee order the way I

The service at this Tim Hortons is abysmal, whenever I go there and try to order a sandwich, I always get oh we can't do that right now and try to offer me a bagel instead, it's starting to seem that they are just trying to give out the easier options. Also the coffee taste horrible 90% of the time. Will be going to McDonald's for my coffee now.

Most of the staff is great, but there is something certainly wrong with coffee at this location. Be it poorly stirred or something else. And today was our last straw... Ordered a pack of CHOCOLATE Timbits. Got to the window and the lady corrected whomever packed the box. I watched her tell him No they 're supposed to be chocolate the other employee proceeds to give me assorted even after two corrections. Will not return for 1 month.

Had a very good breakfast wrap and good coffee, nice staff, quick drive thru service.

Last week end we got a hot chocolate and a mocha. My wife threw up from the mocha and I almost did from the hot chocolate. This weekend the mocha was again undrinkable and I didn?t even bother with the hot chocolate. Save your money and go to a different location.
