Mcdonald's - Kinston

Everytime I've stopped here the fries are so hot and good!! Also their milkshakes are delicious!

Went to get food in drive thru and waited over 20 minutes, never took me or the person in fronts order. When i passed her car she was by the pick up window and i asked if they had ever took her order, she said no and that she called them asking what was the hold up, they said they only had one cook but like even if there was no cashier the manger should have been able to take orders in the drive through, especially since they had already locked the doors to the inside even though it was 10:20 pm so they wouldn’t have been taking anyones orders inside. If something crazy happened to where they had to stop serving customers completely to fix it i would completely understand but like they didn’t say that if there was a problem. The lady also said she thought she heard people cuss at her in the background.

Ordered thru app wait was a little on the long side, but food was how I ordered. Don't mind the wait if they're putting it together how you want. Curb side order never have to go in or use the drive-thru.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp to door but no automatic door opener

Cashier was all but rude, didn't greet and didn't say much of anything whole time, had to go get said ce didn't tell me I watched her and left my food already in bag sitting.
