Found what I was looking for. Don't like being asked for email for receipt. Plenty of stock. Helpful staff

Large store. Lots of items that are well signposted so you can find what you want. Good value especially when there is a sale on. Onsite cafe and toilets.

Gone badly downhill. Cheap imported textiles and tat for the house but twice the price of Home bargains or b&m. I called in for basic bit of sewing equipment. Lady on door (welcomer) didnt look up from her phone. Dirty tissue on floor with what looked like blood or worse. May have just been the Huddersfield branch but not what I'm used to from them. Save your money.

Order placed and confirmed, then a few hours later I get a message saying no stock available after I have paid for the item. Most annoying is that they have stock available at two nearby stores I had to search for this information myself and instead of offering me alternative locations to collect they have just refunded the order. If this is their idea of customer service then I will be shopping elsewhere.

Not all staff are great here young guy was supposed to help me out taken a huge rug down for me,he wasn't interested at all ended up having my friend with me taken it down rolling it up and lifting to the till for me,lovely girl was serving me explained what had happened asked if I would like to speak to manager I said yes I would like to put a complaint in,spoke to manager who ended up apologising on his behalf about is behaviour that was it,the manager didn't seem to bothered either,I've bought lots of items from here won't be returning again I will shop online in future
