Cold cold cheese burger and soggy cold chips with melted sunflowers, hot apple cake that was only warm

Asked for a double-belt and speckburger at drive-thru (usually about 5 dollars) after they wait almost 20 minutes to even pay them $8.40, which is probably the price of a full meal.

I was going to go through drive through but as there was about 10 cars ahead of me I decided to go inside. Mistake! I went inside and waited in the queue for over 5 minutes as the staff member served just one person. Not...sure what the delay was but another staff member then came over and the line moved more quickly then. I thought a few of the male staff members looked scruffy with their hair not secured (and seemingly also not brushed). The female staff members seemed to have their hair tied back. I also noticed a breach of hygiene with one of the male staff members as he touched his face and hair but then didn’t wash his hands. Big no no. I had a fillet of fish meal. Nice enough although the fillet of fish burgers have certainly shrunk. I won’t be rushing back.

Surely parents can find parks for the children to play besides McDonalds. Dull surroundings, old toilets and pokey cafe . Coffee was not cheap but just ok. After 30 years away, won't be back to another MC D's again. What put's people in this rut?

Just a quick note that this Macca's is better than most with consistently good service. Just a little more smile at the order counter and this could easily be there best Macca's in the area! Thanks.
