Instead of providing customers with itemized receipts, they simply give a total amount that already includes a service fee. This lack of transparency often leads customers to inadvertently tip extra, resulting in an unethical practice. It is recommended to always request an itemized receipt to avoid any confusion.

The staff at this restaurant are very rude and even had the audacity to ask for a tip when all I purchased were two pan de bonos. Tipping should be reserved for when good customer service is provided, which was not the case here. Additionally, the food is mediocre at best.

I ordered two meals to go, but when I arrived home, I discovered that only one was in the bag.

We did not receive the two sodas that were supposed to come with the 10 Empanadas. The smoothies were tasty but too small. However, the Empanadas were good.

This restaurant is amazing and the food is delicious. I really appreciate their service, and I especially loved that they even cut my avocado in half. I love it!
