Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy friends and I frequently visit this restaurant, but we consistently encounter the same very rude cashier. She often asks customers to leave if they are not ordering anything, even if they are just taking a few minutes to decide on an ice cream cone. Additionally, the seating area is always dirty and not well-maintained.
As this restaurant is conveniently located near me, I have visited it many times over the years. However, I have noticed a decline in the quality over time. The chicken pieces have become smaller while the prices have continued to increase. On some days, the chicken may be greasy and dripping. The staff can be hit or miss, with some being great to deal with and others seeming like they want you to leave. The inside of the restaurant is consistently clean. Overall, this fast food franchise could benefit from a corporate overhaul. Cheers.
My kids wanted chicken, I wanted nothing to do with it. I was right, they were wrong. What a mess. The chicken is still just as disgusting as I remember it. I will only have the sandwiches and even then I feel sick after having them. The pieces are so small and greasy. Turns my stomach just looking at it all. The price is too high for what you're receiving.
We haven't purchased from a KFC for many many years so we thought we would give it a try again. We were shocked at how small the chicken pieces in our bucket were, compared with their competitors in Kitchener. Also, the chicken was quite dry, and the breading was quite tasteless. The fries, gravy and potato salad were not impressive either. No flavour!?! And all this for the not-so-low price of over $30. After this, we will not return to any KFC in future. We learned our lesson. Especially when there are several alternatives that are much better.
I typically prefer independent restaurants over those located within shopping malls because I find that they often provide better service.
