Hotel Vereina - Klosters

A good experience: refined traditional dishes in a very nice atmosphere with helpful and friendly service staff.

We had a delightful evening at the vereina restaurant. eating was very good, especially the game. we thought the menu was well planned with a good selection of interesting dresses. the service was not only efficient, but polite and charming, which unfortunately is not always given. there was a pianist who was really added to the atmosphere. for our money is the vereina to offer the best closters. we are very happy to see it again for his blossom.

We have been visiting jailers for many years and this hotel was always on the move before it sold a few years back. this year we thought we would go back as we enjoy the wellness and bar area. to our disappointment is the bar. this year not opened. the personal was barely seen as there were so few of them. we came back to the hotel on an evening with no one at the reception, just a sign with a phone number. the wellness area had no personal and there were no treatments within the hotel. regularly, the on the other hand ran out of fresh towels. the rooms were clean, but there was no evening that was distracting. the breakfast was sufficient, again not enough staff. this hotel was formerly great and has definitiw the best wellness area in klosters. would we stay again, I am not sure. the alpina has such a good atmosphere with a lively bar and a fantastic restaurant that we would probably go back there. perhaps the vereina must open its wellness area for visitors outside and focus on this area instead of running a hotel with basic facilities. it lost its soul.

Little restaurant within big hotel Vereina. It was proposed tonus by lovely people in Berghaus Alpenroesli, since they don't serve fondue. We ate very well, fondue was very good. Lovely service!!!
