Avaliação da contribuiçãoEvery time I have visited this restaurant, it has never seemed so frightening. The photo gives a good idea of its current condition. Regarding the staff, my online order took the 20 minutes as promised, but then I had to wait an additional 15 minutes while I watched them prepare it. I will not be in a rush to return anytime soon.
I placed an online order that was ready on time, which was a relief. However, our subs were made incorrectly. Unfortunately, we were in a rush and couldn't check them before leaving. The restaurant was dirty and no staff members were around when I picked up my sandwich. This experience has made me hesitant to return to this location. I have never had any issues before, but it seems like the quality has declined in the past few months.
I'm giving this Subway 1 star only because 0 stars isn't an option! I placed an online order which was paid for and confirmed, only to arrive at the restaurant to find it closed. According to the hours posted, they should have been open. I do understand Covid changed the world, and businesses may need to close earlier than posted. Fine. But don't charge my credit card for sandwiches which I didn't not receive! VERY POOR BUSINESS PRACTICES!
This locations employee who works closing is extremely rude, lazy, and denied us subs at 9:50 bc we had 3 sandwiches. He still had bread in the warmers and all the toppings on the make station but still refused us. Not be ever going back to this location.
I'm not a huge fan of the new menu but the staff here is great. Even with a long line they keep things moving quickly and accurately.
