Avaliação da contribuiçãoThis place was recommended by the people where we set our rooms, so my father visited a visit on the way back after a day of forest hiking. it was rainy and we were cold and wet, but happy to arrive and enjoy a...warm drink and a cake. but. Once we entered, we were immediately informed that the front room was closed and that “we would not find anything there”. I was shocked by the ton of the dame behind the switch, while my mother beat to sit in the smaller space near the counter. the dame began to talk about the fact that the table is too small, how too narrow (why put the chairs there! and so on. I felt so involuntary and disappointed that I told my family that she just threw us on the street. so we went quietly after so much humiliation and found fortunately the burgschänke, two more kilometers on the road where we were more than welcome and happy. I do not get used to reviews, respect for the mainly hard-working owners. but this terrible wide was so extraordinary for this region, for Germany in general that it deserves ****! we have thought about the reason for this behavior, but could not think of one. Maybe we weren't dressed well enough? it will remain a secret, at least all readers here are warned and do not have to bear this treatment.
We had passed this place at many places and it always looked busy. it proves to be a very popular local bakery with a small caffe in the inner, and a large terrace in front with a beer garden to the side. there is also a...wine bar that serves food that is open in the evening. the terrace menu is small and is located on the joyful ones that are available inside or on request. the cakes and pastries are delicious, but they have to risk to see the offer, as there are none listed on the menu. We also saw that the men's snacks were lunchtime, which weren't on the menu, but when we were asked for tailor-made items, they were readily available. it is a great place to stop at any time of the day, be it for a cool beer, homemade cheesecake or fantastic ice cream, and watch the boats go by. there is a parking space directly over the caffe so that the parking spaces are easy, though not visible from the street. there is also a sister exit near the same. best to check the website for opening times that vary with the season.
I find the bakery very expensive. the rolls unfortunately have a totally bad quality. they tasted old-fashioned and were totally hard. also the white bread / baguette. the cake was delicious. Overall, I find the bakery too expensive and the rolls are cruel. I can't say anything about other articles like bread and baked.
An extraordinary bakery. great selection.Very nice bakery specialist! nice personal advice by the chef.
We had passed this place on many occasions and it always looked busy. It turns out to be a very popular local bakery with a small café inside, and a large terrace out front with a beer garden to the side. There is also a wine bar serving food that is open in the evenings. The terrace menu is small and belies the delights that await within, or are available on request. The cakes and pastries are delicious but you have to venture inside to see the offer as none are listed on the menu. Similarly we saw people eating snacks at lunchtime that were not on the menu but when we asked for custom made items they were willingly provided. It's a great place to stop off at any time of day be it for a cool beer, homemade cheesecake or terrific ice cream, and watch the boats go by. There is a car park just beyond the café so parking is easy though not apparent from the road. Also there is a sister outlet in nearby Dieblich. Best to check the website for opening hours which vary with the season.
