Amazing menu and specials. Always fantastic. Very busy for Kokomo. Not any indoor seating and only 2 outdoor tables.
Moving to a small town I thought I would not have any vegan options low and behold I found Heather’s shop and it’s been live since first bite! She now has a walk up brick and mortar store with limited outdoor seating on E Markland where Wen-Sat from 10-2 she has a set menu and weekly specials as well as baked goods and coffees, tea and lemonade from a local coffee shop. Ever since she opened I think I go at least once if not twice a week. Some of my favorites are her fried potato tacos and chicken sandwich. Her scones are some of the best I’ve ever tasted. She’s even baked my children’s birthday cakes. I recommend her to everyone vegan or not and they all love it. Highly recommend stopping through Kokomo just for her food.
They tend to have a rotating menu and offer a variety of options that are a nice change of pace. Enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak I ordered up from them today. Heather (operator) recently started her brick and motar location after serving up baked goods at the local farmers market and partnering with local businesses to hold pop-up events. If you get the opportunity give them a try, they are more than just a bakery!
What a sweet vegan place in Kokomo. The staff welcomed with me joy and offered suggestions. Everything sounded delicious. The Dill Pickle Potato Soup sounded strange enough to intrigue me. It's delicious. The Po’ Boy tasted great. I have a lot of sweet treats to eat on my way out of town. I'll stop here a lot. Amazing. Vegan is the future and vegan is now, in Kokomo.
