Avaliação da contribuiçãoOn our first visit to Marble we were seated immediately when other places had a 45 minute wait, on a Friday night. Service was quick without feeling rushed. The Truffle Fries appetizer was more than enough for 2 people to share and the seasoning was delicious. The bread was crusty and dense, would have enjoyed it more if it were warm, but it was good. We ordered 4 drinks from the unique and interesting drink menu. The Cleaver was amazing. Would be a perfect match for a brunch drink and paired well with the beef. The cocktail with red and white vermouth, and honey was a bit sweet for my taste, but good. The Kokomocho was perfectly mixed and paired perfectly with my ribeye. The cocktail with allspice was perfect for my fiancee. We ordered the ribeye (medium) but it came out rare. It was ok, but a lot of gristle. The Brussels sprouts were roasted perfectly. The Delmonico was seasoned well and did not overpower the taste of the steak. It was ordered medium and was cooked perfectly. The creme brulee was out of this world. We will definitely return. Thank you for the peaceful ambiance and the delicious food and drink experience.
My husband and I have been waiting to try it out and it was as I hoped it would be, delicious! We had the Calamari to start and it was phenomenal. I got the Crab Cakes with a side Caesar and My husband got the Rib-eye with brussel sprouts. He prefers his brussel sprouts steamed not grilled. The steak was amazing, as were the crab cakes. We finished with the espresso creme brulee, let me say I am happy to see my favorite dessert on a menu in Kokomo. Overall the experience and food were wonderful. While the price tag was up there, I fully expected that out of the this type of restaurant. Amazing local food that you don't have to drive to Indy for and a great experience are absolutely worth it. Props to the Chef's tonight : . We will be back! And last but not least Audrey was amazing, ask for her and Tip her like a boss!
Very professional and well dressed staff. Classy date night atmosphere but friendly and accommodating to kids as well. The food was phenomenal! If you order one thing here,it needs to be The Hanger steak. It was melt-in your-mouth better than chocolate,so good! Even the water was delicious. I compare them to Olive Garden on their pricing but I felt way more satisfied here. You need to try it for yourself. Best steak in town.
I went here on Tuesday while in Indiana for work. I ordered the porterhouse medium with mash potato side the food came out at a decent time. But my steak was cooked medium well on one half and medium rare on the other halfIt wasn’t cooked evenly. The mash potatoes were good! But I was pretty disappointed by the steak by how it was cooked and It had no flavor.
Great food service. Very cool old building.. old train depot. I will definitely be back
