This place isn 't your average Asian 'been there, done that ' restaurant. The Singapore Crab meat I ordered was a simple, yet powerful dish, leveraging the power of using a bland noodle base to perfectly complement the flavour packed crab meat sauce. The sauce, which was served in a generous amount was oozing of the ocean as the flavour of the crab meat seeped beautifully into the sauce, creating the 'chord that David played to please the Lord ' together with prominent bursts of ginger, garlic and the occasional spring onion and basil leaves.
