Were there during the storm! The room was flooded on the first day but only because the large panoramic windows were leaking! After asking for help, nothing was done! The next day the room was also flooded because the drain in front of the door was not cleaned (it was blocked with tree needles) When we asked to do something, we were arrogantly sent away at reception! (eye rolls and Greek comments) Ladies at the reception completely out of place!!! The rest of the team waited in the hotel instead of doing anything! Had to wait three days (with wet, cold feet and a smell) until someone showed up to clean! Apparently they believe that location alone is enough to attract guests! Will definitely never enter this hotel again! We've never felt as looked after as we did there! Food drinks: Not very well!

One if not the most beautiful resort on Skiathos. Wonderfully located with 4 different beaches. Disadvantage EXCEPTIONALLY EXPENSIVE 1 glass of wine or a small beer € 10 Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5

Very nice location and lovely beach. However, the hotel needs a lot of improvement. The staff at reception could be warmer and more attentive. The rooms were very dirty and no bedsheet were changed on time despite our requests. The breakfast buffet had a good variety but nothing was covered and flies were everywhere. Unfortunately, the hotel food was overpriced and of poor quality. The hotel has great potential for improvement, but it is not there yet.

We are on the fantastic breakfast terrace ready to leave and already thinking when will be our next visit to this true paradise. It was our first vacation as a family and really everything was great, kind staff, great food, facilities and services for everyone. Thanks to Giorgos from cars and Dimitris from reservations for understanding our needs and making our vacation special. Congratulations to everybody Rooms: We are a family with twin children. We chose a double room at grace. Although we requested two children's beds the room was very comfortable. The view was wonderful. Nearby activities: Due to the fact that we had children, we definitely chose activities like walking in the habitat, water bike, canoe and bike. Truly the hotel offers countless possibilities Safety: We didn't feel any security issue. There was security all day and night and they also did patrols as we constantly learned about the fires. Really well done Walkability: The transition was very easy to and from the hotel with the hotel vans and the local taxis.
